Johtokunta on kokoontunut ja suunnitellut tulevan syksyn ohjelmaa. Se päätyi huonon osanoton vuoksi ratkaisuun, että syksyn aikana ei tulla järjestämään sidontailtoja. Johtokunta päätyi pitämään vain yhdistetyn vuosikokouksen ja pikkujoulut.

Vuosikokoukseen toivotaan kattavaa osanottoa seuran jäsenistä, jotta voidaan suunnitella seuran tulevaisuutta. Tarkoituksena on keskustella kuinka tulevina vuosina voitaisiin vastata paremmin seuran jäsenten tarpeisiin ja parantaa osallistumista seuran järjestämiin tapahtumiin. Seuran tämän vuotisen puheenjohtajan paikkakuntavaihdoksen vuoksi seuralle joudutaan valitsemaan uusi puheenjohtaja.

Yhdistetty vuosikokous ja pikkujoulu pidetään kerhohuoneella lauantaina 21.11. alkaen kello 17.00. Sääntöjen mukaisen vuosikokouksen jälkeen ohjelma jatkuu vapaamuotoisena. Emme tee varsinaista pöytävarausta vaan jatkamme pikkujoulutunnelmissa sopivaksi katsomaamme anniskeluravintolaan, jossa voidaan nauttia omakustanteinen pikkujouluateria.
